My Views

 I have been looking at some questions that Quora sends me every day .,., and it seems a lot of people wonder about death and dying, and things like that. I’ve been explaining that I was in a comma back around 2007 or so. I had been on a drinking binge for about two days or so, and wound up face down in a mud puddle outside a convenience store. A police officer was called and he turned me over and cleared my mouth, and began mouth to mouth ressusitation. It worked, and he got me breathing again. I was in a comma for about five days, and a nurse that was assigned to check on me kept talking to me about the three things. One was her name, another was the color blue, and the last was who is President? I could only remember the color blue, or it could have been yellow, but the point is .,., she cared enough about me to try and bring me out of the comma. Thank God for people like her!

 Some people say there is no God, because if there was an all powerful God, who wanted good, and peace in the world, he wouldn’t let things get in the shape they are, and allow bombs to drop on innocent people and non combatants. This sounds like a good argument. But if you consider a God who created Mankind as a group of people with brains in their heads, then wouldn’t he refrain himself from stepping in when things go wrong? So, isn’t Mankind a large experiment which will ultimately result in either success for peaceful and good intentions, or the downfall of humans, at the hands of those who rebel against the teachings of God? What will your part in the experiment be?

 I don’t think you can write about going to heaven, and eternity, without expressing a view on the religion you feel has the right idea. So, I believe that Jesus taught that church should be simple, and not flashy, he said the ones that were all dressed up like that and loved being looked at, had their reward, right here on earth. I’m glad I went to a Baptist Church, and feel that too much money, time and resources are wasted, telling people they need to confess their sins to a man in a black robe, when they could just tell God. Talking with God in private is essential to a good spiritual life, in my opinion.

 I joined Quora a while back, and since then I have been reading a lot of questions and answers. The ones I find most interesting are about Heaven, and whether there is life after death. The question I just commented on was from someone who wanted to know if she would see her recently deceased father again. The learned investigative reporter answered that her father was lying in a coma, and would see her in thousands of years .,., what kind of answer is that? Is he trying to ruin her day? I have read the New Testament and Jesus told the man next to him that he would see him in paradise that very day .,., The Old Testament may have lots of stuff about saints being first at some kind of resurrection, but Jesus said I am the fulfillment of the prophecies and forget about old rules, the new rule is love one another as I have loved you, and you will go to heaven. I believe him. 

 The idea behind my web sites and posts from a few years back regarding Thoughtwave Communication and “Chat made simple” in my Creative writing blog, came to me after reading John 3 ., where Jesus spoke with Nicodemus about being reborn, or born again. Jesus explains that after a person is reborn he is like a spirit in the wind coming and going anywhere it wants. If you’re wondering why I would continue to write about the matter .,., when it becomes a reality .,., I want to say .,., I told you so. They say a person only uses about 1 percent of their brain, so .,., you never know .,., now, do ya?

      Scientists and the establishment are busy trying to disprove God in everything they do. But all you need to do is think about the Cocoa Bean, or coffee beans to realize they were created as a food source. Why else would they taste so good? And Cows milk is another example, the list goes on and on because God created the world and everything in it!
